Robert concentrates his practice on public employee pension law, with a focus on retiree healthcare law and complex litigation. He regularly serves clients with a range of diverse pension benefit administration questions. Robert assists clients with with issues related to benefits administration, investments, and policy and compliance. He has successfully litigated cased at the Michigan Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court, and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
