FRANCIS E. JUDD

Francis (“Frank”) was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2005 and has been an Attorney with VanOverbeke, Michaud & Timmony since that time.  He has devoted his practice exclusively to the field of public sector employee benefits.  He has worked with governmental pension and retiree health care plans across the State of Michigan and has consulted with numerous public sector clients on a variety of complex benefit matters and has represented our clients in complex litigation as well.
