Michael J. VanOverbeke is a founding partner of VanOverbeke, Michaud & Timmony P.C. He specializes in Public Employee Pension Trust Funds and serves as general or special legal counsel for numerous public employee retirement systems. As part of his service to his clients, Michael routinely advises pension boards and city governments on everything from best practices for establishing and managing their pension trust funds to evaluating investments and investment managers.
